CoRide is built to give back. Active members can earn up to 5% back each year when they meet simple thresholds — and our most loyal members may be invited to invest in CoRide.
Membership Basics
Ride or drive — you’re a member. Free membership starts with your first completed trip. Riders are enrolled automatically after their first ride; drivers after approval and their first trip.
Year-End Rewards (Up to 5%)
Riders
Qualify from $100+/year in eligible ride spend. Rewards exclude tips, taxes, third-party fees, refunds.
Drivers
Qualify from $1,200+/year in CoRide trip earnings (platform share). Rewards exclude tips and refunded/disputed trips.

Rider Loyalty Tier
- $1,000+/year spend
- Good standing required
- May receive equity invitation
Driver Loyalty Tier
- $6,000+/year earnings
- Compliance required
- May receive equity invitation
How It Works
Step 1
Complete rides (riders) or trips (drivers).
Step 2
Reach thresholds: $100+ (riders) or $1,200+ (drivers).
Step 3
Year-end review → payouts within 30 days.
Step 4
Loyal members may be invited to invest.
Important Notes
Rewards: “Up to 5%.” One account per member. Excludes tips, taxes, coupons, incentives, refunded or disputed trips. Payouts processed within 30 days after Dec 31.
Loyalty tiers: Rider $1,000+/year or Driver $6,000+/year may receive an equity invitation. Invitations are discretionary and not an offer to the public.
Equity vs. rewards: Equity holders may no longer receive annual cashback and instead participate in distributions tied to ownership.
