Every CoRide trip is covered by commercial ride‑share insurance — active from ride acceptance to drop‑off. Coverage includes bodily injury, medical costs, and property damage, with claims support available 24/7 at claims@coride.ca.

Driver Screening & Vehicle Safety

• Vulnerable Sector Screening + Level 3 Background Checks
• Clean driver’s abstract required
• Valid license and ride‑share insurance mandatory
• Vehicles must pass safety inspections before activation and periodically thereafter
• Ongoing monitoring of driver performance and compliance

Cybersecurity

• End‑to‑end encryption for all sensitive data
• PCI‑DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe
• Real‑time fraud monitoring and account safeguards

Data Protection

We collect only what’s necessary for rides, safety, and payments. Data is stored primarily in Canada, with strict compliance when processed abroad (Autocab in UK, Stripe globally). We never sell personal data — it’s used strictly to provide and improve services.
